A Quick Update (And What’s Next)
If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you know it’s been all about bat detectors — figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and what’s actually worth your time and money.
I’ve really enjoyed doing it.
There’s something fascinating about that hidden layer of the night — the sounds you never hear unless you go looking for them.
That said, I wanted to share a quick update.
It doesn't look like I'll be posting any new content on this blog going forward.
Nothing dramatic — just a shift in focus. Also, I haven't been offered any new bat detectors to review.
Lately, I’ve been putting more time into another area I’m just as interested in: astronomy gear. Telescopes, smart scopes, and the tools that let you explore the night sky in a completely different way; including some surprisingly affordable gear that’s honestly blown me away lately.
In a way, it’s still the same idea — just pointed a little higher.
If you’ve enjoyed my reviews here, I think you’ll probably like what I’m doing over there as well; especially if you’ve ever been curious about getting into astronomy but didn’t know where to start.
š You can check out my astronomy blog here:
Astronomy Product Review Blog
I’ll be posting regularly, with the same kind of honest, practical reviews; with extra attention and focus on the latest smart telescopes!
Thanks again for reading and supporting this site — I really do appreciate it!
Clear skies,
Al Milano
